Provide stock plan "design sets" to the market that specialize in allowing builder and developers to purchase several different plans that provide enough options to build a complete neighborhood - without having to waste time and money for a local design professional to "tweek" the plans.
- Custom Plans
If there is a need to "tweek" the plans, we provide low to no cost customization services to meet you needs. Share your ideas and we will incorporate them into the plan, so that we can continually develop our designs. We provide customization services that allow you to "tweek" a plan for your needs while adding options to our plans. This is advantageous to you because it bypasses the requirement to purchase the CAD and pay someone else to redo. As an added bonus - no copyright laws are violated, and you only pay for the final product that you wanted.
- Partnership
Partner with us and you profit from your custom plans. If you have already paid for plans that you own, allow us to market them exclusively on our site and we will pay you up to 50% of each sale of that plans.
- Design & Redesign
We would be happy to work with you on custom designs for your single home or design sets for a builder or development through our affiliate at cadraftdesign@yahoo.com.
BBHP would be happy to work with you on an individual basis for customization to the plans in our inventory. Each request will be reviewed and price quoted to you based on its particular scope of work.
