Reproducible sets are available for purchase to customers who choose to have a local professional modify those plans. COM also knows that it is unrealistic to require a builder to purchase a design set every time the structure is constructed; therefore, we allow the purchaser to build multiple projects from a purchased design set.
Because it is illegal to create derivative works without having purchased the right to do so, even if you are planning on making extensive changes to the design, copyright laws require you to purchase a copy of the plans.

Plan Information |
Builders Best Home Plans, Inc reserves the right to make corrections to plan and elevations if changes occur. Plans provided by Builders Best Home Plans, Inc., and its affiliates, are kept as up to date as possible. Since plans may change or be "tweeked" for improvement, we revise the plans as often as possible to give our customers the latest version possible.
If a major revision has been issued, customers who purchased that plan within 6 months of the revision, have the right to receive the new version without repurchasing the plans. Upon request of the new set, the customer's only charges will be the printing and shipping charges per our standard services.

Home Building Code Compliance |

Our plans may not meet Hurricane/ Wind Codes, Earthquake codes, etc. All plans may need to be engineered to meet local building codes. Please call you local building department prior to placing an order.

Sales Policy |
The purchaser agrees to comply with all local codes and building regulations. Plans presented on Builders Best Home Plans, Inc. are prepared by independent designers and architects. All plans comply with nationally recognized building codes that were in effect at the time the plans were prepared. Because codes and regulations vary from region to region, and changes continual, it is the purchasers obligation to strictly comply with all current codes, regulations, ordinances, architectural/engineer stamps/reviews and other requirements.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the plans accuracy and understanding the form, fit and function of the plan prior to construction. Any possible discrepancies or misunderstandings of the design set's construction information, much be identified and communicated with Builders Best Home Plans, Inc. prior to construction.
All sales are final, no refunds.
All plans purchased though Builders Best Home Plans Inc. are provided "as-is" with disclaim to any other warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied.
Builders Best Home Plans, Inc is not liable for damages of any kind including loss of profit, business opportunity, costs of construction due to the plan's design or any other economic losses that arise from the use and marketing of plans received through Builders Best Home Plans, Inc.
In the event any liability is imposed on Builders Best Home Plans, Inc, Builders Best Home Plans, Inc.'s liability to the purchaser, or any other third party, shall not exceed the price paid for the Builders Best Home Plans, Inc. product.

Returned Shipments |
