| Our goal is to give our customers a "typical" design set that gives enough options to purchase one set of plans and build multiple structures from that plan without having to hire another design professional to make modifications at yet another cost to you. If there is a need to customize, we would like to have that opportunity to work with you at a reduced rate to you, at the same time, expanding the design set to the market. Who knows? Your ideas may be better than what we have and increase the marketability of the plan. All of our plans are already in CAD, so we can make your modifications quickly and for less - because your are only buying the finished product. |
